Since the early days when the sport was anything but a mainstream endeavor, the MMA industry has thrived and survived through various websites, forums, and social-media platforms.

Fighters interact with fans, each other and many more through the likes of Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, which helps outsiders get a deeper look into the minds of the athletes.

Following Saturday’s UFC on ESPN+ 36 in Las Vegas, several of the winning and losing fighters, along with their coaches, training partners or family members, took to social media to react to the event or share a message with supporters.

I have so much I want to say but where to start? I am so grateful for the decisions I have made over the last 2 years. Moving to California, being patient and consistent with my training both physical and mental, being able to put my trust in a coach (after battling and shutting him out for a solid year) and finding a good solid team to immerse myself in. @csagym Coach Kirian, you have been such a source of both kindness and brutal honesty. You’re helping me find my way in this hard world, and teaching me how to be a better person. YOU are the reason I could perform like that last night. From telling me to stop cutting so much weight, to guiding me through my insecurities and fears, to spending time with me each and every day helping me grow as an athlete. This would not have happened without you. @amberleibrock_mma – my homie, bestie, savage. You get me better than most, Cos we go through the same shit in our own emotional ways and that allows us to pull each other out of the darkness. You make me believe I can be a savage. You’re my ultimate hype man! @adampiccolotti – dude, you’ve made me want to grapple again! Not just that, you’ve been so integral in helping me believe that I can do anything! These 3 may be the ones who came out for the fight, but they’re not the only ones I have to thank. @awakenedstream and @giovannidelvalle and @el.matador.hec put their bodies on the line for me all camp, and believe me I tried to do to them what I did last night so I can’t imagine it was pleasant! @jackedjessica has built my body into a machine since we started working together. Stronger, faster, more athletic. It hasn’t just been this camp though, since I’ve been at CSA, there have been so many people that have helped me grow @dreamkiller_bolanos @darrenbcu @zoilafrausto @nadiachmil @eddie_abasolo @mjhamid01 and many many more! (If I didn’t tag you, I haven’t forgotten you, I’m just running out of space) Thank you CSA TEAM ❤️❤️❤️ I love you ALL!!! ❤️💀🐨 special mention to @hansmolenkamp because without Hans, I never would have found my way through those CSA doors. And without Hans, I wouldn’t be doing the things I’m doing. I love you Hans! ❤️
